Enduro® Dredge Tooth Systems
This latest (4th) generation cutting system is the successor of the successful T-series. It has easily replaceable wear liners on the contact surfaces , has more balanced strength, offers better free cutting and has many other features with added value for the users.
The adapters are fully interchangeable with the T-series tube and wing adapters, so you can upgrade your cutterhead to the next level.

T-Series Dredge Tooth Systems
The patented T-series is the benchmark for dredge cutting systems for rotating cutter heads. It has an unbeaten usable wear-weight–to–own-weight ratio.
It is extremely forgiving and features a hammerless locking system that allows rapid tooth changes.
Duracore® C-3 Dredge Tooth Systems
For the combination of hard rock and high wear C3 teeth have been developed with casted in hard metal core. This innovative solution has been developed with Sandvik.
T-Locking for T-System & Enduro System
This unique locking system enables rapid mounting and dismounting.
The locking mechanism remains as a single unit when removed.
The system is highly reliable, strong, and resistant to seawater.

SC-Series Dredge Tooth Systems
The SC-series is a cap-type tooth system that is widely proven and ideal for sand and clay applications on rotating cutter heads, as well as for use on drag heads for hopper dredgers.
The locking system is of the sandwich pin type.
Dredge Tooth Wear Sensor
This easy usable wear sensor indicates when the tooth is worn. It will prevent damage to the adapter and allows tooth to be used to its maximum potential. The wear sensors require minimal maintenance and are re-usable. It can be used in the T-system and Enduro system on the larger cutter dredgers.
MPC04 Dredge Tooth System
This tooth is mounted directly onto the dredge cutter blade using standard fasteners.
The connection to the blade is self-centering and free of clearance, which prevents wear on the contact surfaces.
Because the teeth are positioned very close to one another, they effectively shield the front side of the blade from any wear.
This system is unique in that it allows the dredge cutter head to be converted into a smooth-edge cutter head simply by installing the wide 00-type tooth.
MPC05 Dredge Tooth System
This is the larger version of the MPC04 type.
Suitable for larger cutter head sizes and cutter power.
