Dredge Cutter Head Repair Frame
To repair cutter heads in the most efficient manner, we supply heavy-duty repair frames. These frames are equipped with an integrated crane for hoisting teeth and adapters. The cutter head rotates smoothly on a horizontal support disk. The repair frame can be disassembled to fit into a standard shipping container.
Dredge Cutter Head Repair Template
The template is required when replacing adapters. It can be used on the cutter head repair frame or on alternative equipment for dredge cutter head repairs. The template ensures correct tooth positioning. We can design and/or supply templates for any type of cutter head.
Dredge Cutter Head Lifting Pin
This device enables safe and efficient handling of the cutter head. It operates in combination with a smooth, round hole in the dredge cutter head blade. If the cutter head is not already provided with such a hole, one can be easily machined on site. The pins are available in three sizes: WLL 15 ton, WLL 25 ton, and WLL 35 ton.
